FAQ
My
credit card was charged. What should I do?
We
do not charge people's credit cards with any recurring payments.
Unfortunately, there are some other companies, perhaps unscrupulous,
who are charging people without a clear reason to do so. If
you are being charged, you should consider cancelling your credit
card immediately. Plus, please contact your credit card company
and find out who charged your card and contact them directly.
You should be careful when buying music on the Web - particularly,
if you are promised unlimited downloads for a fee. NetMusic
values our reputation and we wish to do business long into the
future.
How
do I join?
At
this point, there's nothing to "join", but soon we'll
be launching our online music community.
You'll soon see a button on the main page at www.netmusic.com,
and then you'll simply click on the "Join Now" button
and fill out your profile. It'll be free to join and you'll
get lots of great benefits!
Why
join NetMusic?
Because
there will be many great benefits, including our exclusive music
community - plus special "members only" offers, giveaways,
the ability to post messages at NetMusic Forum, and exciting
information about your favorite music and up-and-coming new
artists.
Do
I need to join NetMusic in order to buy music?
No.
You still get to purchase CDs and much more at our low, competitive
prices. We parner with other companies to provide you with music
products from all over the world in one convenient place.
Will
you be adding more music to your selection?
Most
definitely, yes! Our library of CDs and other products is growing
each day. Soon we'll have a huge downloadable music selection,
with thousands of songs and new artists.
I'm an artist with original
music. How can I get my music on NetMusic.com?
At this time we deal mostly
with labels and their distributors. However, you'll soon be
able to upload your own music and name the price at which you
wish to sell. Feel free also to contact
us and tell us what you have. Please include: 1)
Artist name 2) Whether available in CD and/or if music is available
for digital download 3) Style of music 4) How long you or your
group has been an entity and 5) Whether you perform regularly,
and if so, how large is your following and/or your mailing list.
Can
I upload my MP3 to NetMusic.com?
Currently, we are not accepting
MP3s from artists. Like we said, you'll soon be able to upload
your own music. There are many sites on the Web that currently
accept music directly from artists. Try our "Musicians
Only" section for artist support. And if you do a web
search, we're sure you'll find several. One we recommend is
Global
Music Project. It's a non-profit organization offering free
exposure for artists and donates its profits to charity.
My
credit card has charges on it from "Net Music Download". Are
these from you?
No.
There seem to be other companies who refer to their company
in such a manner. It's definitely not us here at NetMusic.com
and we are not the company with whom you should speak.
If you receive such a charge and do not know the source, let
us know. We'll at least let you know what we know, maybe
we can help.
What's
coming up in the future on NetMusic.com?
In addition to the growing music
community, we'll certainly be adding new features and expanding
the site on a regular basis. Look forward to lots of cool things
to check out in the future. Visit NetMusic.com often.
What
should I do if I have additional questions?

and feedback. You can email us using this form.
